On this page, you can manage your flat rate entirely by yourself: activate a new vignette, change your payment method, or cancel the flat rate immediately at any time. Vignettes already activated remain valid until their regular expiry date.

How do I cancel my flat rate?
Quite simply, directly on this page: Enter your license plate number above, confirm the code sent to you by email, and click on "Cancel flat rate" in your personal management area. No phone call or separate email is required for this.
Is there a notice period?
No, the flat rate has no minimum contract term. If your current billing period has already been paid, the flat rate ends when that period expires. If there is still an outstanding, unpaid invoice, the cancellation takes effect immediately.
What happens to already activated vignettes after cancellation?
Vignettes that you have already activated are not affected by the cancellation and remain valid as normal until their regular expiration date.
Can I withdraw within the first 14 days?
Yes. You have the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of the first payment. To use this, click the “Withdrawal” button in your account – you will then receive a full refund. Details can be found in our Withdrawal Policy.
I can't find my access link anymore – how do I get back into my administration?
No problem: enter your license plate number again at the top of this page. We will immediately send you a new confirmation code to the email address used at the time of purchase, with which you can directly access your management again – you don't need a separate password for this.

Yes. europamaut operates the Europe flat rate: for €12.80 per month, you can activate digital vignettes in almost all European countries as often as you like. That's why the amount is automatically debited every month as long as the flat rate is active – similar to a streaming service, you pay for access, not per individual trip. If you only needed a single vignette, you can cancel the flat rate here at any time, effective immediately.
