All three options start in your flat rate management area. The difference lies in when they take effect and what happens to your vignettes and payments.
You end the flat rate. Until the cancellation takes effect, you continue to use everything as before.

Your flat rate is terminated immediately, the amount paid is refunded, and you receive a confirmation of receipt by email without delay.
The refund is made without delay, at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used for the payment. You can also declare your withdrawal by email to support@europamaut.com or by letter to DMC digital Maut Consulting GmbH, Hohenstaufenring 62, 50674 Köln.
