Mariborsko Pohorje Ski Resort
Together with Areh, the Mariborsko Pohorje ski resort is considered the largest ski region in Slovenia and is located in the northeast of the country. The area covers around 250 hectares and offers more than 35 kilometres of ski slopes. A total of 13 ski lifts are available. The ski season generally runs from mid-December to the end of March.

The variety of slopes ranges from easy to challenging runs, appealing to winter sports enthusiasts of all skill levels. The ski resort is also known for being family-friendly. The Čopova run, which leads all the way into the valley, is particularly popular. Another highlight is night skiing. Illuminated slopes allow for skiing fun well into the evening hours. The night ski run at Mariborsko Pohorje is among the longest in Europe.

Krvavec Ski Resort
The Krvavec ski resort is located just 25 kilometres from the capital Ljubljana and 35 kilometres from the municipality of Bled. Due to its proximity to Brnik Airport, it is particularly well suited for international guests. The ski season typically lasts from late November to mid-April.

With around 30 kilometres of slopes at altitudes between 1,450 and 1,971 metres, winter sports enthusiasts will find excellent conditions. The offering caters to both beginners and experienced skiers alike. The high altitude ensures reliable snow conditions and an impressive panoramic view.
A ski school is available for beginners. The offering is complemented by ski rental, ski servicing, and special facilities for children, including a children's conveyor belt, a carousel, and a practice area with play equipment.

In addition to skiing, night tobogganing is particularly popular. Another highlight is the Krvavec Igloo Village, which offers overnight stays in an extraordinary winter setting.
Cerkno Ski Resort
The Cerkno ski resort is located on the edge of the Gorenjska region, about 50 kilometres from the capital Ljubljana. The ski season runs from mid-December to early March. Cerkno is considered Slovenia's most modern ski resort and has been awarded the country's best ski centre several times.

The slopes are suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers. The ski resort is particularly family-friendly, thanks to an extensive children's and entertainment programme. A supervised kindergarten offers additional flexibility for parents.

Rogla Ski Resort
The Rogla ski resort is located in the Pohorje mountains and extends across the Podravska and Savinjska regions. The nearest town, Zreče, is about 16 kilometres away. The ski season runs from early December to mid-March.

With a wide selection of slopes for all skill levels, Rogla offers ideal conditions for winter sports enthusiasts. A special highlight is the Rogla Fun Park as well as night skiing on illuminated slopes.

Rogla has 10 kilometres of cross-country trails and also offers the possibility of organising ski races for groups.
Stari Vrh Ski Resort
The Stari Vrh ski resort is located about 35 kilometres from the capital Ljubljana and covers around 55 hectares. The altitude ranges from 580 to 1,217 metres. The ski season runs from early December to mid-March.

The ski resort offers slopes for beginners and advanced skiers as well as a snow park for freestylers. In addition, night skiing is possible on an illuminated 2.5-kilometre track.

Vogel Ski Resort (Bohinj)
The Vogel ski resort is located above Lake Bohinj in Triglav National Park at an altitude of 1,535 metres. The ski season runs from December to early March. A total of 22 kilometres of ski slopes are available.

The predominantly easy to intermediate slopes are particularly well suited for beginners. A highlight is the 7.5-kilometre valley run "Žagarjev graben" with an elevation difference of over 1,200 metres.
Other Winter Sports Activities
The offering includes cross-country skiing, tobogganing, airboarding, snow rafting, as well as guided winter hikes and snowshoe tours. Particularly unusual is winter paragliding.
Kranjska Gora Ski Resort
The Kranjska Gora ski resort is located in northwestern Slovenia near the borders with Austria and Italy. It covers an area of 70 hectares. The ski season runs from December to March. The slopes connect the towns of Kranjska Gora, Podkoren and Planica.
Ski and Snowboard Adventure
While beginners benefit from numerous easy slopes, professionals get their money's worth especially in Podkoren, where Ski World Cup races are held regularly. Several ski schools round off the offering.
Other Winter Sports Activities
