Our service

europamaut.com is not a government or authority website. We are a private, commercial service provider. We register your vehicle's license plate with the competent official toll authority on your behalf and handle the payment. The issuer of the digital vignette or toll product is the official toll authority of the respective country. You do not receive a sticker; the digital vignette is linked to your license plate.

Austria route toll add-on: For a current Vignette Flat Rate you can book, where offered, the Austria route toll add-on. With it we register single-trip tickets of the ASFINAG route toll for vehicles up to 3.5 t for the license plate of the flat rate and bear the route toll fee. It covers the routes shown under “Manage flat rate” (currently A 13 Brenner, S 16 Arlberg, A 10 Tauern, A 11 Karawanken southbound, A 9 Pyhrn with the Gleinalm and/or Bosruck tunnel). One unused ticket can exist per route at a time.

Price composition

With the Vignette Flat Rate we register your vehicle's license plate for Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania, Switzerland, Bulgaria and Slovakia. We cover the toll fees charged by the official toll authorities.

  • Price: €12.80 per monthly billing period. The price is a gross price and includes statutory VAT. The invoice shows the VAT separately for Austria (20%) and Germany (19%).

  • Billing: monthly in advance, using the payment methods offered during checkout.

  • One Vignette Flat Rate applies to exactly one license plate.

  • Pausing: During a pause you pay a pause fee of €3.90 per monthly billing period instead of the flat rate price (gross price incl. statutory VAT). As with the flat rate, the invoice shows the VAT separately for Austria (20%) and Germany (19%). The amount is shown to you before you pause.

  • Austria route toll add-on (where offered): €9.90 per monthly billing period, in addition to the flat rate price (gross price incl. statutory VAT). The invoice shows Austrian VAT (20%). When booked for a current flat rate, the full price is due immediately, without pro-rata calculation; afterwards it is charged together with the flat rate price.

Overview of official toll fees

The toll fees are set by the toll operators of the respective countries. They are included in the price of the Vignette Flat Rate and are borne by us. The overview shows one reference product per country for vehicles up to 3.5 t. Amounts in foreign currencies are converted (approx.). As of: October 2026. The current fee of the toll authority applies in each case.

  • Austria (ASFINAG): 10-day vignette, €12.80

  • Czech Republic (SFDI): 10-day vignette, CZK 300 (approx. €12.40)

  • Slovenia (DARS): weekly vignette (7 days), €16.00

  • Hungary (NÚSZ): 10-day vignette, category D1, HUF 6,900 (approx. €18.91)

  • Romania (CNAIR): 10-day Rovinieta, category A, approx. €6.60 (27–39 lei depending on Euro class)

  • Switzerland (BAZG): annual vignette, CHF 40 (approx. €43.50)

  • Bulgaria (BGTOLL): 7-day vignette, category B, €10.00

  • Slovakia (NDS): 10-day vignette, passenger car, €10.80

Route toll Austria (ASFINAG, single trip, vehicles up to 3.5 t): included in the add-on and borne by us. As of: toll regulations from 1 January 2026.

  • A 13 Brenner: €12.50

  • S 16 Arlberg: €13.00

  • A 10 Tauern (incl. Katschberg): €15.00

  • A 11 Karawanken (southbound): €9.00

  • A 9 Pyhrn: Gleinalm tunnel €12.00, Bosruck tunnel €7.00, both tunnels €19.00

Pausing

You can pause a current flat rate that has not been cancelled under “Manage flat rate” or in the app. The pause starts at the time a cancellation would take effect (usually at the end of the current billing period), at the earliest after an agreed minimum contract term has ended. During the pause you cannot activate vignettes or route tolls. Vignettes that are already registered remain valid. A booked add-on is suspended and costs nothing during this time. You can end the pause at any time with immediate effect; for the rest of the current billing period the difference to the pause fee is then charged pro rata. After the pause your previous flat rate price applies again. Details are set out in clause 10a of our terms and conditions.

Term and cancellation

The Vignette Flat Rate is concluded for an indefinite period. Depending on the offer shown during checkout, either no minimum contract term applies or a minimum contract term from conclusion of the contract. Whether a minimum contract term applies, and for how long, is communicated to you before you place your order and remains unchanged for the duration of the contract.

You can cancel at any time online under “Manage flat rate” or by email to support@europamaut.com. The notice period is 0 days to the end of the current billing period. If a minimum contract term has been agreed, you can also declare your cancellation during that term; it takes effect at the earliest at the end of the minimum contract term. Without cancellation, the contract continues for an indefinite period. Billing periods that have already been paid are not refunded pro rata. A booked add-on has no minimum contract term; you can cancel it to the end of the current billing period and use it until then. It ends automatically with the Vignette Flat Rate.

Your right of withdrawal (see our withdrawal policy) and the right to terminate for good cause remain unaffected. For the Austria route toll add-on there is a separate right of withdrawal, which begins with its booking and does not affect the Vignette Flat Rate (see our withdrawal policy).

Customer service and dispute resolution

Our support team answers your questions at support@europamaut.com. Further terms, in particular on the conclusion of the contract, can be found in our terms and conditions. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
