About us
In May 2019 André Khreiche founded the company DMC. His inspiration stemmed from his own passion for travel and the desire to simplify the process of buying vignettes. He had often struggled through several, sometimes untranslated, online shops and had received no or delayed help from local customer service.
Since then, DMC has specialized in offering digital vignettes for European countries through simple ordering processes. We started with toll products in Austria, where we enabled private consumers to obtain instantly valid digital vignettes and route tolls online as well. Today, DMC is an established company with 11 employees, consisting of project managers, developers, marketers and customer support staff, who ensure that digital vignettes can be offered for a steadily growing number of countries on a central platform.
In the meantime, we have expanded our offering to a total of 6 European countries and are proud that already millions of satisfied customers use our services. Our company headquarters are located at Hohenstaufenring 62 in 50674 Cologne, a vibrant metropolis on the Rhine in North Rhine-Westphalia.
Our Mission
When traveling abroad with your own vehicle, there is a lot to consider. In particular, the regulations for using foreign roads and especially motorways are complicated and vary from country to country.
Understanding everything here at all times is not easy. When you also find it difficult to navigate foreign toll and service stations, for example due to the language barrier, stress can quickly arise. Especially on holiday trips, we want to help you avoid this.
We therefore help you travel worry-free in European countries and avoid unnecessary fines that can arise, for example, from selecting the wrong vehicle class. To this end, we offer our customers, for example, the opportunity to obtain all the toll products needed for their upcoming trip even before departure, using our route planner.
With our cancellation protection, specially designed for you, we offer our customers full flexibility for their upcoming trip. This way, you have the option to change or cancel your chosen toll product at any time until shortly before departure.
For the sake of the environment – digital vignette instead of sticker vignette
Using the digital vignette variant helps reduce CO2 emissions, as paper is saved and less waste is generated. It also reduces traffic congestion.
It is very important to us to encourage even more people, through the added value we have created when purchasing digital vignettes, to forgo the sticker vignette and thus protect the environment.
