Enter your registration country and license plate above and request a verification code. The code we send you by email takes you to your flatrate management page, where you'll find the "Cancel" button. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, or at the end of the minimum term if one has been agreed. Until then, you can keep using your flatrate as usual.

In the flatrate management you can activate new vignettes and view your previous activations including the confirmation. The invoice portal lets you retrieve your invoices and change your payment method.

No. The verification code sent by email replaces login and password – you only need access to the inbox you used when purchasing the flatrate.

Yes, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date the contract was concluded. Use the "Revoke contract" link at the bottom of your flatrate management page – it's visible for as long as the 14-day period is still running. Alternatively, an informal email to our support team is enough.
