Accordingly, owners of a truck (from 3 t) must purchase an e-vignette for Latvia online. Motorhomes are exempt from the vignette requirement regardless of their weight, as long as they are not registered as trucks. If your motorhome is also registered as a truck, then you must purchase an e-vignette for your motorhome.

The spa town of Jūrmala is located on the coast of Latvia and is subject to a toll. If you want to travel to Jūrmala, you must pay a city toll or environmental protection fee.
