Since 2021, a digital vignette has been required for motorways and expressways in the Czech Republic. Sticker vignettes are no longer used.
Vehicles up to 3.5 tons (including motorhomes) require a vignette. Motorcycles, trikes and trailers are exempt. Vehicles over 3.5 tons require an on-board unit.
Certain motorway sections (e.g. parts of the D0, D1 and D5) and all country roads are toll-free. Electric and hydrogen-powered vehicles are exempt from the vignette requirement.
